Item Description:

-Material: Transparent porcelain, high-fired to cone 9.

-Interior: Coated with a food-safe clear glaze.

-Exterior: Partially glazed with areas of bare porcelain, finely sanded to a soft, stone-like surface. Areas not encapsulated in glaze may not be food safe.

Care Instructions:

-Vessels are a vitrified porcelain, which is microwave and dishwasher safe. The interior liner glazes are food safe.

-Handle with care, especially if the piece is fragile due to thin walls or intricate construction. These items are artworks first and functional items second.

-Orders are shipped within 2-5 days using FedEx or USPS.

-Tracking numbers are provided within 24 hours of shipping.

-Shipping Costs:

-Free shipping within the United States.

-For international orders, please complete your purchase. The artist/seller will contact you to arrange and pay for shipping costs before the order is shipped

Care In Packing I pack work carefully and thoroughly because everything I make is one-of-a-kind, I am unwilling to take a chance on it breaking in shipping after all the care I have put into it. This may may the cost of shipping higher

Timeline Work will be shipped out within 3-5 business days but often I will get it out within a day or two. I ship work USPS and UPS.

Packing Material I often reuse packing materials in order to be more eco-friendly but try to use paper products when I can to be more eco-friendly

International Orders Please contact me to inquire about rates, as the website is not always accurate. Packing/shipping is not an exact science and because I want a fair transaction for both parties, I reserve the right to adjust the invoice to reflect actual incurred shipping costs if the website has undercharged. If it has overcharged you, I always refund the difference.

Gifts At the time of purchase, please let me know if it is a gift, so I can include a note if you would like.

Refunds and Exchanges Unfortunately due to the limitations of this small business, no refunds are given at this time. Exchanges are accepted within five days of receipt of purchase or a credit can be applied to a future purchase. Shipping is not refunded and return shipping costs and safe return are the responsibilities of the customer. Email me if you'd like an exchange or credit.

How to Care for the Pots The porcelain work is fine in both microwave and dishwasher.
